Graduate Training Initiative 

We are pleased to announce that September 2025 will see the start of the new Graduate Training Initiative (GTI) course. This training, intended for graduates of EYE-Network training courses, aims to continue to invest in the lives of young evangelists in Europe. We want each participant to be able to further develop in his or her calling as an evangelist and to continue to grow in intimacy with Jesus through training, practical evangelism and service to others.

I would especially like to highlight the mentor, who was always available to listen, pray and provide constant spiritual accompaniment. For whom?

This opportunity is open to all graduates of any EYE Network training. We are not looking for perfect people but for people who love Jesus, who are in the sincere struggle to follow Him in a humble and determined way, who are exercising God's call on their lives and active in proclaiming the gospel wherever God has placed them. Places are limited and by application only.

How much does it cost?
       
With gratitude to God for generous sponsors, each accepted participant is eligible for a scholarship and therefore the total cost is €600. (true cost of the GTI being €4,550)

This includes all the training the student will receive, flights, accommodation, books. 

What is involved?

1. To work with the leadership team of two EYE Network teams across Europe, with opportunity to attend a residential training weekend in each country, serving as part of the leadership team.

2. Participate in an evangelistic mission in Europe together - February 2026.

3. Attendance at an initial orientation meeting - September 2025

4. Reading and studying 4 books throughout the programme

5. Be assigned a personal mentor through the GTI experience

6. Be expected (with coaching) to be mentoring a younger evangelist
